Wiehahn DuRandt - In-house Legal Counsel

Wiehahn du Randt is a contract specialist with more than 15 years’ experience in corporate, commercial and real estate law. Wiehahn currently serves Province Brands as our in-house legal counsel on matters involving corporate, employee and independent contractor relationships, and general business-related contractual law.

Wiehahn served as in-house legal advisor to several private and public companies within the environmental and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Province Brands, Wiehahn worked in franchise contract management. With a proven track record, strong relationship building skills and meticulous attention to detail, Wiehahn has a keen interest and extensive experience in contract negotiations and management as well as acquisitions and corporate governance.

Wiehahn obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in law in his native South Africa in 2003 from the University of the Free State. He is also an admitted attorney with the Law Society of South Africa.
